At Dust & Flame Co., each candle is a crafted experience. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number or proof of purchase so we can locate your order promptly.

2. Product Condition

We gladly accept returns on unused, unlit candles in their original packaging. Due to the personalized nature of certain items, custom orders are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive confirmation once your refund is processed.
